My current research activities span aspects related to molecular
paramagnetism.
In particular I calculate paramagnetic shieldings in aqueous solutions containing
transition metal and lanthanide ions as well as in nanostructures containing
paramagnetic centers. The research interest includes nuclear magnetic relaxation
in these systems.
My work was funded by the Swiss National Funds (2009). Currently (2010-2012),
I am financed from the Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowship of the seventh
framework programme.
